About me

Dr. Uwe Wellhausen

I am Dr. Uwe Wellhausen, coach in the European Commission’s Horizon’s 2020 SME Instrument.

A chemical physicist by training, I look back on over 20 years of professional experience as deve-lopment engineer in microelec-tronics in market-leading compa-nies.

During the 10 years of my career spent in France, Japan and Belgium, I have participated in numerous projects with international partners. 

After working in science funding in Brussels, Belgium, for two years, I am now a freelance consultant based in Dresden, Germany, specialized in helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) transform their ideas into concrete, innovative solutions through funding as well as business coaching.
